The VOL Foundation is a group of like-minded people who united for the common goal of ensuring Ukraine’s victory in the war with Russia. We are not just an organization, but a strong community that believes in the importance of innovation and advanced technology to support our military.
We provide Ukrainian fighters with the necessary tools to achieve a tactical advantage and effectively repel the aggressor. Our mission is to repair and maintain critical optical-electronic devices and quadcopters for the technological support of our defenders and, accordingly, to save their lives.
Directions of work
Repair of drones
Our engineers repair DJI Mavic and DJ Matrice’s drones. This job requires knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and software. Drone repair engineers must be able to quickly and efficiently diagnose problems. To do this, our team must find spare parts, components, and financing for purchases.
Maintenance of optical and electronic devices
We repair thermal imaging devices, night vision devices, thermal imaging sights, and other devices that help our soldiers see the enemy day and night. This job requires high precision and attention to detail. Repair engineers of optical and electronic devices must know about optics, electronics, and metrology.
Our team:
Engineers
Each line of work is headed by an experienced engineer who is responsible for the technical part. These people have deep knowledge in their field and are constantly looking for new ways to improve their skills.
Heads of directions
These people coordinate the work of engineers and also look for new ways of development and cooperation. They have leadership qualities and know how to motivate people to achieve common goals.
Storekeepers
They are responsible for the storage and accounting of expensive equipment. These people must be organized, responsible, and attentive to details.
Office managers
These employees organize the work of the fund and receive and send orders. Communication skills and the ability to work with people are important for this position.

Therefore, all that is required of you is basic skills in any of the above positions and a desire to help your country.
